Swiftech H240 X3 AIO review 4

Posted by: Krzysztof Hukalowicz on: 09/13/2019 12:30 PM [ 19 comment(s) ]

Today, we are reviewing an AIO cooler from Swiftech: the H240 X3. It’s one of two variants of this new series (the bigger one is a 360 mm). Swiftech hopes to lower the cost of entry to the “liquid world” with its expandable AIO: the H240 X3. This cooler isn’t your ordinary AIO because, unlike most AIOs, it gives you the option to expand it with other water-cooling components such as a GPU block

Nice, how was the clearance in a top mount position?

read on a couple of amazon reviews that the tube burst across their rig, due to pressure on the tempered glass, any issues like that?

I like the engineering on this revision. Tempered glass imho is the only way to go considering longevity.
All the parts in this are proven with the only variables being QC and shipping.
Given that this is 10-20 bux less than the Corsair H100i platinum and the NZXT H62 anyone can get to the next tier of performance. and those in hotter climates can easily add extra rads.

Oh My this caught my eye below,I would love to daisy chain a couple of these and see how it would work on CPU/GPU setup.
Looks good and great review.Thanks.

What is different here as compared with other AIOs is the option to expand the loop. If the tubing isn’t long enough, you can change it. Don’t like the block? You can change it too. If you want to upgrade the fittings, you can do that as well, since the H240 X3 uses G ¼ fittings.
