NVIDIA has released another RTX 3000 series SKU onto the market, in this review, we check out the MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming X TRIO, and yeah that's a non-Ti model. This Ampere GPU-based graphics card series is based on a very decent 12GB and has 3584 shading processors activated.

This is the worse x060 card generation in a recent memory. Vram configuration, performance, price are just awful. Nvidia just dosnt care. Hopefuly rx6700 series wont be such a disappointment.

why are you complaining about vram configuration for this ? 12g 192-bit is actually more than enough for a gpu this powerful and is the only saving grace for a gpu that barely beats 2060 super.
they're putting 256-bit on 6900xt and no one is complaining.
they wouldn't swindle me for either of those cards tho.
6700 is same 192-bit but half capacity.

Not much better than the 2060 Super/2070 and the power consumption is only slightly lower... Very disappointing performance/watt when taking into consideration the other 3000 series cards.

I can agree with all of you, this card is disappointing...
Why the heck this card needed to come with this cut down memory configuration instead of keeping the 256bit/8GB?
This card should be called RTX 3050Ti

disappointing card.
I checked computerbase and ppc for performance summary, they have 3060ti at 1.32x faster than this and 2070 super 1.12x faster.
first 106 die that loses so severely to previous nerfed 104. Even a cut-down 2060 left 1070ti behind. vram doesn't matter if performance is low.
