Corsair CS850M PSU review 4

We review the Corsair CS850M 850 Watt 80-plus GOLD certified power supply. This is a silent and more affordable mainstream 850 Watt power supply that is 80-plus certified, that means it's 90% efficient at 50% load. Efficiency matters. The PSU itself is partly modular, for most of you with a side panel window in their chassis a must really as you'll want modular cables. The new PSU also improved on the silence factor. Have a peek at the article.

I'm impressed with how well the CS series performs. A lot of people tend to dislike the CS series, but they're great for the price.

The PSU itself is 100% modular as well

Wouldn't this PSU be classified as semi-modular? I thought fully modular power supplies had a removable 24 pin main and 8 pin CPU connector.

Its a good value PSU by Corsair. Guru3d PSU reviews is a bit basic. No Cross Load Testing, no Noise/Ripple Tolerance testings, no info about the temperature at which these tests all done etc

What would the point of a removable 24 pin main be? You cant use the PC without it :D.
