As always we start with the box ... so you know what to look for in the stores.

Bundled next to the cooler you'll receive everything needed to get you up and running. Heatsinks, spring based screws, washers, thermal paste and a FAN MATE 2, an adjustable fan speed controller.

So here we have the cooler itself. Very nice design with the front plating like that. Two 92mm LED (blue) based fans can be spotted. The cooler is 239(L) x 98(W) x 51(H)mm in dimensions. The overall design will suit any high-end GeForce GTX 200 series card really well as they come with a black PCB.

When we flip the cooler on it's back we can see the more traditional heatpipe and aluminum fin design. A total of five 6mm thick heat pipes are being used that all lead to a pure copper block. The cooling performance should be really good judging from the first impressions.

The copper base is mirror finished in the plant. It's a chemical process that works reall well ... nothing to complain about here, you could comb your hair in it if you wanted to. The block itself is based on what Zalman calls IHD (Interactive Heat transfer Design) technology in which the high performance heatpipes 2-way heat transfer and maximum dissipation area provide cooling performance.
