After removing the top of the case, we can see the following:

It's a 135 mm fan - Hong Hua HA13525H12SF-Z. It’s a Fluid Dynamic Bearing Fan fan running 12V DC 12V, 0.5A.

Without cables, the unit weighs 3.02 kg.

Inside, there are mainly high-end Japanese capacitors. Coming from ‘Nippon Chemicon' which is a well-recognized and highly reputable 100% Japanese manufacturer of capacitors. Seasonic’s PSUs provide high reliability, and that’s why they offer an excellent 12-year warranty. Rated to 105C, this is precisely what you want to see in any good quality PSU. The soldering quality is very good. 

Seasonic has made a platform for its Prime series products. The APFC MOSFETs are 4x Infineon IPA60R099P6 (600V, 24A @ 100°C, Rds(on): 0.099Ohm), with Texas Instruments UCD28070 APFC Controller. The IC drivers are 2x Silicon Labs Si8233BD and Champion CM6901T2X Resonant Controller.

On the secondary side, you’ll see a Weltrend WT7527RA supervisor IC, and 16x Nexperia PSMN1R0-40YLD (40V, 198A @ 100°C, Rds(on): 1.93mOhm) +12V MOSFETs.
