Regardless of which Radeon RX 6600 model you choose, it will come with 8 Gigabytes of GDDR6 memory and will be coupled to a 128-bit wide memory bus, which is a very restrictive specification for a graphics card in this price class. By running memory at 14 Gbps effective data rate (16 Gbps on the XT models) and adding an extra L3 cache on the GPU die (on-die), AMD is attempting to compensate for the memory bus's limited bandwidth (32MB). In terms of resolutions, both Full HD and WQHD will be a fit; but, once the L3 cache runs dry, which will occur largely in GPU-bound larger than WQHD resolutions, you may expect performance degradation.

Much like the 6600 XT; AMD limited the PCI Express bus towards 8 lanes, so that's x8 PCIe Gen 4.0. This will not hinder performance at all at PCIe 4.0, at PCIe 3.0 however that might be a few % different. Below a photo overview of the Sapphire Pulse model, clocked at reference frequencies.
