You'll notice that you will receive three extra palm wrests as well, giving you a good four choices with a smooth, slick and rubberized feel as option. I immediately installed the rubberized one for a little more grip. Now you probably have already noticed the two somewhat weird wheel kind of buttons to each of the left and right side of the mouse. The SPAD is located on the left and what's called the Omni-Tuner, on the right. We'll explain soon though.

The  mouse is based on a Avago 9500 Laser Mouse Sensor with a real DPI of 100 to 5000 DPI within many DPI profiles. The mouse is overall single-textured with a plastic feel to it depending on the palm plate you install. Really, not at all uncomfortable, and it won't get slippery when wet or sweaty. It is however a little bulky in the hands. Then again, it is designed as RPG mouse and for that purpose I like the size and feel.

Here you can see the (round button), it's an all in one wheel for on the fly switching of profiles, DPI settings and more. Omni-Tuner controls are  intuitive. Basically you press down the middle button to choose your mode and then you can scroll up and down your through your game / macro profiles or DPI settings. So this one wheel is used for selecting DPI and profile modes. Clicking it will change a LED color to say Blue, blue corresponds to DPI, then move the wheel up/down and you selected your DPI mode.

Pressing down/up the button cycles through four different Omni-tuner modes, an LED located behind the scroll wheel indicates the present mode.

• DPI select Mode  - Select DPI with 300 DPI increments
• Button Mode - Yellow LED indicates Button Mode. Omni-Tuner will be used as two additional buttons.
• Omni-Tuner off Mode - Pressing the Omni-Tuner button two/three seconds activates this mode. All Omni-Tuner functions are disabled and prevents ccidentally touching a button pressing Druing heated battles. 
• Profile Selection Mode - Blue LED shows  Profile Selection Mode. Scrolling forwards switches to the next profile. 5 profiles can be saved, these include a default profile and 4 programmable profiles. 

At the other side we see a similar looking wheel, well it isn't a wheel actually. Best described it is a jog-button slash joystick that Leetgion calls the SPAD. It's a fully programmable five way thumb key that gives fast access to skills without the need to memorize complex button placements. Everything you need is right at the tip of your thumb.

Here we have the backside, as stated a 5000 DPI laser sensor, we see some three Teflon glide skirts, with a reserve pair included in the bundle.
