Win a Corsair RM1000i Special Edition PSU

Oh yeah helloooow and congratulations to Corsair! The hardware minions that produce all that cool gear that we love so much have a small parteeh going on. We love Corsair has now sold in excess of 10 million PSU’s! To celebrate this huge milestone, they will be releasing a VERY limited run of white RM1000i Power supplies with very special (and expensive) type 4 Paracord cables and come in all white with a transparent fan active with a white LED. It is a think of beauty. Only 100 will be made, and you can win one !

This silent RMi series PSU comes gold certified, that means it's 90% efficient at 50% load. Hey, efficiency matters. The PSU itself is fully modular, for most of you with a side panel window in their chassis a must really as you'll want modular cables. The PSU also improved on the audibility front and through Corsair LINK software you can even configure the 12V rails in a single and multi rails. This 80 Plus Gold certified power supply has silent Zero-RPM fan operation, Corsair Link customization and monitoring. The PSU is cooled with a 140 mm fluid-dynamic-bearing fan that will only spin up when the PSU needs to and operating virtually silently at low and medium loads.

Combined with Corsair LINK software you can now even customize the PSU fan speed or switch from a default multi-rail +12V power delivery to a single rail power delivery. The PSU  fan doesn't even spin until it reaches a certain load or temperature, so if your PC is in idle and pretty much doing nothing, the rather silent fan will actually disable itself. That's right, the thermally-controlled fan spins up gradually above 40% load thus up-to 300 Watt power consumption this PSU makes no noise whatsoever, but even during normal use and when gaming it remains silent really.
