The audio solution is hidden right under the front side of the PCIe slots and based on a Realtek ALC 1220 CODEC and a combination. You can spot Nichicon audio grade and WIMA capacitors, suited for high-grade audio equipment to provide rich sound in the bass range and clearer high frequencies.  And yeah, you wonder why dedicated audio cards do not exist anymore ey?

Check the heatsinks, pretty cool Aorus design. Take note of the metal covers on the x16 PCI-Express slots as they show off a bit. They provide sturdier and stronger slots, handy for very heavy graphics cards.

Two 8-pin connectors to power that processor of yours, just using one 8-pin connector is plenty though, in fact, you do not need to use both of them. Again, shielded, not because it is a necessity, that's purely for aesthetics.

The motherboard phase power delivery design for the processor based on digital power controllers. The Z390 AORUS Master has 12 IR Digital VRMs, 12 IR3553 40A MOSFETs and six IR3599 Phase Doublers. We do not expect this board to run hot at all under load. Nice and clean looks btw.
