I mention it often already, but a few frame-drops mean little really. Overall you are looking at a sniping scene with a bullet-time element in there as well as some explosions. Huge spikes above 40 ms to 50 ms can be considered a problem like a stutter or indicate a low framerate. Here again, near perfect rendering. 

Overall you'll see the same behavior for all cards with few frame differences. This is as good as it is going to get.
