On the front side of the photo we see a grill/mesh for optimal airflow. It also eliminates the extra noise of second (additional) fan. At the top we see the 120 mm fan + fan grill to keep the device cooled. It's very silent actually and rated at 20 db(A).
Fan will adjust it's RPM based on temperature, but throughout testing it always remained quiet.
Here's a close-up of some of the modular connection. Everything is clearly marked, it's nearly impossible to connect the wrong wiring.

To the right you can see the regular 6-pin PCI-Express connector and in shiny red the new convertible 6+2p (6/8p) connector for newer models high-end graphics cards. You'll get to play around with three 6-pin connections and added to those two 6+2 pin connectors; a grand total of five.
