So here we have the right side panel removed, showing the backside of the motherboard tray. As you can see, there is just tons of space for cables, making cable routing and management a well developed feature of the Corsair Obsidian 550D. This right side panel has a quick release button as well, it pops out in a second, and is secured back in place just as fast.
So here's a photo of the chassis all empty with no components. Let's fill 'r up and see how she looks like with a couple of components::
And there you have it. Again as you can see, there a very good amount of space to work in and HDD/SSD's wise, really more then plenty. Long graphics card will fit as well, and should things become really extreme you can always remove one drive bay. If you use nice black sleeved cabling and route them backwards into the chassis then the grommet holes with rubber inserts definitely do a nice job. Very clean looks.
Then again, there is no side panel window so you won't be looking at it at all :) But alright, let's dive into the conclusion.
