Corsair GLAIVE RGB PRO mouse review -
Product Showcase
So pretty much six buttons are programmable. You can make several profiles with different buttons, macros and whatever rocks your boat really. These multiple profiles can be setup & saved in Corsair iCUE software. The frontside LEDs do look pretty cool with the plastic grill and give the Glaive that means looks.
There are multiple LED zones active on the mouse, you can configure them to an RGB preference color. Mind you that the mouse actually has three RGB zones, and each can be configured independently from each other.
The mouse is great. The sensor has a resolution of 100 DPI to start with and if you wanted to, you can go with 1 DPI increments up-to that 18,000 DPI.
Below the scroll wheel, we can see a button that cycles through the five configurable DPI modes. The five colored LEDs are part of the RGB lighting system, these actually are DPI indicator lights. The color can now be configured (RGB) opposed to the old model. Also, and as little as it may seem, the Glaive now has two DPI buttons allowing you to quickly switch DPI or down. This was a single one on the original model, which I commented on. Hey, Corsair listened, thanks guys! :)
