For many folks, RGB is mandatory, be quiet this round skipped it. There's a white led array located at the front plate. It feeds of 12v together with the pump directly from a SATA connector. Unfortunately, and we'll show you this, the LEDs is far too bright to be friendly on the eyes. And unfortunately, you cannot regulate that.

The front-facing top plate can be positioned top/down, the way you prefer it. That one holds one seriously big be quiet! logo, and it is in your face all the time. Together with the very bright LED, I have to say that I am not very enthused about the aesthetics at all, albeit I understand that is a subjective statement to make. But I begrudge it when companies enforce their company logos in your face all the time.

The base plate has a nice smooth nice plated finish. The insides of the unit are of course aluminum. The cooling performance of our tested 280mm model certainly did not disappoint.

See that screw to the right side on the radiator? That's a filler screw, here you can fill up the coolant that is supplied. Obviously, your LCS will need to come out of the chassis for you to be able to use it.

The pump as well cannot be regulated, you connect it to the SATA adapter cable, and it's powered on at 12v all the time. Unfortunately here I need to make negative comments as well, our sample definitely was noisy at the pump level, it resonates pretty badly. So severely that when you place your fingers on the pump, you can feel it resonating. That resonation passes through the somewhat stiff tubing and you can even feel it at water-block and radiator.  We can hear the pump a meter away from it.
