Product Showcase

Right, as you will probably be able to tell, the TURBO series is the more affordable product line from ASUS, you can find the card as tested under SKU code TURBO-RTX2070-8G. The dual-slot blower style and single fan cooled product is a more basic design.

The TURBO edition of the GeForce RTX 2070 powered by NVIDIA's more modest offering in Turing, the A revision TU106 graphics processor. These cards are fitted with 8 GB GDDR6 memory running at an effective data rate of 14 Gbps. The product will sell for roughly 499 USD/euros (at least it should be in that range). The card uses two power headers (6 and 8-pin). The card is 26.8 x 11.3 x4 cm and weighs in at roughly 1 kg.

The card has one HDMI port and just two DisplayPort connectors as well as a new virtual link connector for VR purposes. The GeForce RTX series has DisplayPort 1.4 connectors 1.4a Ready, enabling support for 8K displays at 60Hz. This card includes two DisplayPort connectors, one HDMI 2.0b connector, lacking and sorely missed is the dual-link DVI connector.

  • Boost: 1,620 MHz / Base: 1,410 MHz
  • Memory 14.0 Gbps GDDR6 (effective data-rate)
