We spot a GPU VRM based on a 4-phase power design, managed by a UPI uP9512R controller, memory VRM is single-phase and managed by a UPI uP9024Q controller. GDDR6 memory chips are made by Micron with SKU number D9WCW, specced to run 1750 MHz (14 Gbps GDDR6 effective).
