teaser
Today, we are reviewing a 360 mm variant of an AIO cooler from the Enermax Liqmaxflo 360. The last cooler from this Taiwanese company we had a chance to check was Enermax Aquafusion ADV 360 + 240 mm (and they earned the “Approved” award). Liqmaxflo presents a brand new approach from Enermax, as the radiator is now much thicker than the typical 27 mm and measures 38 mm and has a VRM fan built-in in the pump-block part ((like, for example, the Arctic Liquid Freezer II/III).

Exploiting LG Smart TVs to Jailbreak PlayStation 4: A New Methodology

Published by Hilbert Hagedoorn 0

teaser
A novel approach to jailbreaking the PlayStation 4 has been achieved through select LG Smart TVs running on webOS, exploiting older firmware versions. This method introduces an intriguing possibility of using a smart TV solely for jailbreaking purposes, expanding the accessibility of homebrew software on gaming consoles. Traditionally, PlayStation 4 jailbreaks have utilized devices like ESP32 or Raspberry Pi, but leveraging a smart TV represents a shift towards more integrated household technology hacks. The procedure involves an LG Smart TV that has been modified to run the WebOS Homebrew Channel. After the installation of this channel, users must activate an SSH server and disable system updates on the TV to maintain the firmware version required for the jailbreak. The process proceeds by connecting the PlayStation 4 to the smart TV via an Ethernet connection, followed by a series of steps to install the PPLFPwm mod on the console.
