Daily news reported that a large group of of people showed up for the Black Friday sale at a Wal-Mart in Long Island, NY this morning and at 5 a.m. when the doors opened, roughly 2000 people pushed and shoved into the store in masses, apparantly they where so rude that they ripped the doors off their hinges and then misery struck really badly ... they trampled a 34-year old male clerk to death.

A pregnant woman was also trampled and went to the hospital for observation. There are just two word for behaviour like that: ridiculous and greed. Is saving a few bucks on a new HDD or graphics card really worth someone dying for ? Of course not. Dozens of people streamed past the guy on the ground, even as medical workers tried to revive him.

Even officers who arrived to perform CPR on the trampled worker were stepped on by wild-eyed shoppers streaming inside, a cop at the scene said. Was the deal  worth it? You know that .. next black Friday, maybe you should consider finishing your shopping online.
