Ooh lalala .. look at that. Intel Haswell-E processors should arrive in the early September timeframe. The 6 and 8-core DDR4 based product will need to be paired with a very nice motherboard. Well, it looks like MSI has made a dream build alright. Check it out, MSI released a picture of its all dark X99S SLI Plus on the Malaysian Facebook last night.

The motherboard has four PCIe x16 slots with eight DDR4 DIMM slots likely supporting up-to 64GB memory. Storage wise we can spot eight Serial ATA (6 Gbps) connectors and we can also see the new M.2 socket. It is funny as the lack of colors makes it difficult to see how the slots and ports are assigned, its all black man. It will be interesting to see how many SATA interfaces are linked directly to the CPU  and how many rely on 3rd party SATA3 controller.

Meet our brand new #MSI X99S SLI PLUS which comes in all black. We can tell you a million stories but we want to keep everybody guessing until the launch. What are your expectations for the X99 platform?

From the looks of it we see four PCie x16 slots and two x1 slots. We'll have to wait to find out how many of those PCIe slots have Gen3 lanes. But hey man, have a peek and be amazed, that think would look crazy in a nice black/white build. And btw judging from the design, this will not even be their mist high-end board either.
