Now the K7 comes with some bling as well, 3-color switchable back-lighting. plug it into USB, wait untill Windows ended its plug and pray sequence and press the light wheel (yes press) to activate back-lighting. Now scrolling the wheel will either brighten or dim the back-lighting. Back lighting is done very subtle though you will hardly see it during daylight, at night however it's quite pleasing to the eyes. The FORCE K7 offers 3 switchable illumination color options, blue, green and cyan:

The colors of the keyboard are easy on the eyes and the back-lighting is not overwhelming at all while still being bright enough to really be effective. The keyboard comes hard-wired with a good quality braided USB cable that joins to the rear right side of the keyboard.
