At the top of the mini cube you can mount the motherboard. We used a Gigabyte AMD E350 model here. Basically you install four standoffs, align the motherboard on there and screw it secure with four screws.
When you work with Mini ITX then the space is more then enough really. These are small motherboards alright. Good to see cabling wise is the motherboard USB 3.0 connector header.
Now this picture I borrowed from Cubitek, it demonstrates that you indeed can install water-cooling into this incredible small unit. The space is tremendously small though. But to give you a rough idea what you'd be dealing with .. that is it.
