Introduction

Mini Cube - Going Tiny & Stylish with ITX

The chassis market is a huge yet intriguing one. People are picky and want original things hence the massive choice you get in the stores. Lately cases have been shifting more towards high-end and stylish design here in Europe, because hey ... we all want something unique and special.

The latest trend however are small form factor computers, especially the Mini ITX form factor is becoming popular. In that mindset Cubitek started designing the the Mini Cube, which obviously is a Mini ITX chassis.

It is simple, yet stylish and even comes with modern features like USB 3.0 and cable management behind the MB tray. Next to that it is as light as a feather as the Mini Cube is made out of aluminum.

The chassis itself is black on the outside, all cool and a silent PC housing for Mini ITX motherboards. It does come with a few quirks though, you'll no find any fans inside this chassis. But considering the form factor, most products do not require active cooling anyway. There is room though for fans, mounting holes are prefitted.

Mini Cube is the world’s first Mini ITX chassis supporting cable management behind the MB tray. With the fully aluminum Mini Cube, Team Cubitek gives Mini ITX gamers maximum performance in a minimum space. It is by far the most compact PC chassis from Cubitek. Though you may only house small mini ITX form factor motherboards it offers space for one 2.5" and two 3.5" HDDs. It can house normal sized ATX power supplies, and heck there's even space for a normal sized dedicated graphics card up-to 28 cm. Oh did I mention already that it's only sized  (W x H x D): 200x 320 x 300 mm ?

Anyway, have a peek and then let's head onwards into the review.
