TP-Link has announced the launch of the country's first Wi-Fi 7 routers, "Archer BE900" and "Deco BE85". These routers are expected to be available for purchase in the summer of 2023.

The Archer BE900 is a quad-band router that supports 6GHz (11,520Mbps), 5GHz-1 (5,760Mbps), 5GHz-2 (5,760Mbps), and 2.4GHz (1,376Mbps) bands. The router is equipped with 12 built-in antennas made of high transmission efficiency materials, enabling stable communication at all times. It also has an LED screen that displays over 3,000 graphics and supports functions like EasyMesh compatible mesh Wi-Fi, HomeShield security, VPN client and server, among others. The router features 10 Gigabit WAN/LAN x 1, 10 Gigabit SFP+/RJ45 combo WAN/LAN x 1, 2.5 Gigabit LAN x 4, Gigabit LAN x 1, USB 3.0 x 1, and USB 2.0 x 1 interfaces.

The Deco BE85, on the other hand, is a tri-band router that supports 6GHz (11,520Mbps), 5GHz (8,640Mbps), and 2.4GHz (1,376Mbps) bands. It features AI mesh support and has 10 Gigabit WAN/LAN x 2, 2.4 Gigabit WAN/LAN x 2, and USB 3.0 x 1 interfaces. The router also supports WPA-Personal, WPA2-Personal, and WPA3-Personal encryption.

Wi-Fi 7 technology has doubled the maximum bandwidth to 320 MHz and increased the number of spatial streams from 8 to 16. The routers also feature 4K-QAM, which is about 20% faster than 1024-QAM, and Multi-RU, which allocates multiple resources to one user.

The Archer BE900 and Deco BE85 routers are expected to provide faster and more stable Wi-Fi connections, especially in homes and workplaces where multiple devices are used simultaneously.
