NVIDIA has confirmed the inclusion of GB200 and GX200 in their GPU product lineup. While NVIDIA seldom discloses its product plans, this revelation pertains specifically to their Data Center segment. NVIDIA rarely divulges its product roadmaps and generally relies on informal sources for such information.

In their October investor presentation, NVIDIA unveiled their AI product strategy for 2024-2025. Notably, the product bearing the codename "GB" pays homage to David Harold Blackwell, a renowned statistician and the first black tenured faculty member at the University of California, Berkeley. Blackwell's successor, referred to as "X," remains unidentified at this stage.

While the product roadmap appears comprehensive, it prompts a question. Transitioning from Ada Lovelace to the Blackwell architecture typically necessitates a two-year timeframe, but the shift from Blackwell to the "X" architecture is expected to occur within just one year, signalling a remarkably swift transition. It is now evident that NVIDIA intends to employ Blackwell's singular architecture across a spectrum of applications, spanning from gaming's GeForce to AI-based smart training and other domains.
