GEEKOM has launched the XT12 Pro mini PC, featuring the Intel Core i9-12900H processor, now open for pre-order. This device integrates 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, a 1 TB SSD, and comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed, priced at approximately $699. The XT12 Pro is constructed with a uni-body aluminum chassis, dimensions of 117 x 111 x 38.5 mm, and presents a minimalist design with an anodized matte finish. Despite its compact size, the XT12 Pro offers a comprehensive set of I/O ports, including two USB4 ports capable of 40 Gbps, four USB-A ports, two HDMI 2.0 ports, a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.

Central to the XT12 Pro's performance is the Intel Core i9-12900H CPU, based on a 10 nm manufacturing process and equipped with 14 cores, 20 threads, and a 24 MB Intel Smart Cache. This processor is capable of handling demanding tasks such as software development, 4K video editing, and data analysis. Graphics are managed by the integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics, which provides performance comparable to an Nvidia MX350 GPU, enabling the XT12 Pro to support modern games at reasonable frame rates. Additionally, the Iris Xe Graphics supports hardware acceleration for video encoding and decoding, making the XT12 Pro suitable for video streaming and content creation.

The device comes with 32 GB of dual-channel DDR4-3200 MHz RAM and a 1 TB M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0x4 SSD, both of which are user-replaceable. An extra M.2 2242 slot is available for adding an M.2 SATA SSD.In line with its commitment to environmental sustainability, GEEKOM participated in Earth Hour, highlighting the energy-efficient nature of the XT12 Pro compared to traditional desktop PCs.
