Since launching in December 2018, the Epic Games Store has offered a huge amount of free games looking to attract more users, and if you've claimed them all (and there was a lot of poor stuff in there as well), you already have more than $ 2,000 worth of games in your library.

For the past eighteen months, Epic has gifted everything from little-known indie games to high-end AAA titles . On some occasions, they have even offered two games instead of one , and went so far as to offer a free game for each of the twelve days of last year's end-of-year parties. The most recent, which can be redeemed until next Thursday, is the legendary Grand Theft Auto V , one of the most successful titles of this generation. It normally costs $ 29.99 on both Epic and Steam, so we recommend you take advantage and redeem it for free before the offer ends.

Adding up all these titles, the store has given away a total of 108 games , and all of them, from Subnautica to GTA V, accumulate the total value of $ 2,140. In case it was not enough, the next three titles that the store will give away will also be highly popular AAA titles, so we recommend you stay tuned.

Why is EPIC doing all this? Well, to have you grow a game library that you'll use, and thus they gain clientele (that and to frustrate Steam). In January EPIC Game Store already had 100 Mullion registered users, we wonder what that value is now.
