AMD just released AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.8.2 drivers. The game "Myst" has been optimized, and a performance improvement of up to 6 percent at 4K medium settings on a machine powered by a Radeon RX 6800 XT has been observed when compared to the previous version 21.8.1 drivers. The drivers also include optimizations for the video game "Aliens: Fireteam Elite."

A number of issues have also been resolved by the drivers. Problems with terminating an OBS recording session using the h.265 or HEVC codec on some of the more recent Radeon GPUs, such as the RX 6800 XT, have been resolved. A bug that caused image corruption when playing split-screen multiplayer on "F1 2021" has been resolved. In rare instances, Radeon Software would become unresponsive. This has now been resolved. Lighting corruption that was observed in "Control" when using DirectX 12 on graphics cards such as the RX 6600 XT has been corrected in this release. It has been determined that upgrading to the most recent Radeon Software caused auto-updates in Ryzen Master to stop working. This has been resolved. Download the drivers from the link provided below.
