Dell has announced the launch of its new UltraSharp monitors, the U4025QW and U3425WE, ahead of the CES trade fair. The lineup includes a 40-inch curved monitor with a 5K resolution and a 34-inch model with a 3440x1440 pixel resolution. These monitors are equipped with an IPS Black panel offering a 2000:1 contrast ratio and support for 99 percent of the DCI-P3 color space, capable of displaying 1.07 billion colors. They also come with DisplayHDR 600 certification, allowing for a peak brightness of 600cd/m².

The new models feature a doubled refresh rate of 120Hz and an ambient light sensor that adjusts screen brightness in response to environmental lighting. Dell has also improved its ComfortView Plus technology, which now reduces blue light emission to 35 percent, a decrease from the previous 50 percent.

The 40-inch variant supports a maximum power output of 140W through its hub, while the 34-inch model provides up to 90W. The UltraSharp monitors are scheduled for release on February 27. In the United States, the 40-inch model is priced at $2399, and the 34-inch variant just over $1000.
