Buffalo releases WSR-1500AX2S Wi-Fi 6 router with Wi-Fi Easy Mesh

The Wi-Fi 6 master unit entry model is compatible with "Wi-Fi Easy Mesh" (planned with firmware support), which enables the creation of a mesh network environment with ease. Combining a mesh network with a suitable Wi-Fi router or Wi-Fi repeater enables the creation of a mesh network.



Wireless LANs enable data transfer rates of up to 1,201 Mbps at 5 GHz, 300 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, and up to 1 Gbps through wired LANs. It enables "beamforming," which speeds up and stabilizes transmission, and allows for comfortable smartphone usage indoors.

At 5GHz, two integrated antennas are utilized, whereas at 2.4GHz, two high-power antennas are used. It features "MU-MIMO," which permits simultaneous communication between multiple terminals, and it is capable of communicating with up to two cellphones. Additionally, it features a "band steering Lite" function that detects signal strength and shifts automatically between the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.

Security is compatible with "WPA3 Personal," and you may download and try "i-FILTER for BUFFALO" for free for 60 days to quickly block dangerous websites. Regardless of the installation site, the small design may be mounted on the wall.
