AMD released the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.9.2 driver, which is currently exclusive to older cards. It appears that AMD is segregating Polaris and Vega from RDNA for undisclosed reasons. Notably, this driver does not provide support for the AMD Radeon RX 7000 Series and AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series.
