Acer has released the Predator Bifrost Radeon RX 7900 GRE OC, a graphics card utilizing a board design similar to the Predator Bifrost RX 7800 XT OC. The card operates within a typical board power (TBP) of approximately 260 watts, aligning with its predecessor, indicating no significant thermal concerns. It is equipped with a triple-slot cooling mechanism that includes an aluminum fin-stack heatsink and three Frostblade 3.0 fans, featuring webbed impellers to enhance axial airflow. The device requires two 8-pin PCIe connectors for power and offers a variety of display outputs, including three DisplayPort 2.1 ports and one HDMI 2.1 port. It is factory overclocked to a 2050 MHz game clock, surpassing the 1880 MHz game clock set by AMD for the standard RX 7900 GRE model.

The RX 7900 GRE leverages a scaled-down version of the Navi 31 chiplet GPU, incorporating the latest RDNA 3 graphics architecture. It comprises 5,120 stream processors distributed across 80 compute units, 160 AI accelerators, 80 ray accelerators, 320 texture mapping units (TMUs), and 160 raster operation pipelines (ROPs). The configuration includes 64 MB of Infinity Cache and a 256-bit GDDR6 memory interface, supporting 16 GB of memory at an effective speed of 18 Gbps, resulting in a total bandwidth of 576 GB/s. Four out of six memory cache dies (MCDs) are activated in this model. Acer has not disclosed the pricing for this graphics card.
