After installing the latest rx580 drivers on windows 10 every change in performance control panel results blank screen and reboot. Even if i change fan speed curve and press apply... I don't think its only a windows update issue. AMD messed up something as well.

So that's what happened to me. I resolved it by blocking the VIDs and cpu frequency and everything returned to normal with the AMD Control Panel working in the game.

I have both latest w11 update and 23.9.3 without issues. AMD control panel works and wattman profile is kept on boot.

Try to tune your global profile and not game profiles, when global profile is untouched and only per game tuning is applied no error occurs in AMD control panel;)
