If anyone else is curious before installing the update, here is the list of known issues it comes with:

Personally I'm fine with being on 1909, so I'll let the rest of you brave folks install the update and I'll observe the feedback on what it breaks 😛

"...a good update experience.) Once the download..." Poor wretched illiterate HillBilly & Co - full stop comes AFTER the right bracket, marking the end of the sentence.
We are probably to expect even more issues than with previous "patches" and "updates" from NSA's employees, since the guys are busy nowadays trying to identify the vast number of faces covered with anti-corona masks...

Upgraded a client's system to 2004 with only one issue.
The User Profile Service Failed the Logon. User Profile Cannot Be Loaded
Was able to resolve with a little modifying of the users profile settings in the Reg.

No rush to install this but when are we getting DX 12 ultimate?

However long it takes for titles to utilize the new features in this build of Windows 10 and whether developers will have it as a extra or as a main thing once hardware market availability supports it, I'd expect it to take a few years for that but D3D12 (Or Vulkan.) with up-to support for some fancy D3D12_2 / DX12 Ult functionality that is of course if this new console generation doesn't throw everything on it's head but that didn't happen before so I have my doubts developers would suddenly forgo lowest common denominator and also publisher interests.
D3D11_0 and Win7 is still hanging on as well, slowly diminishing but it'll be a while yet before it's about Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10 let alone Windows 10 only.
2004 here though does have it and you could use the 450.99's from NVIDIA or 20.5.1 from AMD and DXDiag or similar should display it as WDDM 2.7 compatible.
EDIT: 12_0 and then 12_1 or 12_2 via feature levels as supported but with hardware requirements and the GPU's not even being available yet 12_2 as a requirement isn't happening anytime soon though it could still be possible to get some of the advantages by having feature levels and scaling to availability plus the new minimum with the next console generation does throw things around somewhat but that happened in the 1990's too when 3D acceleration got introduced and then through the 2000's also.

It's not in SE yet anyway so I'll just wait until it's been tested by the early adopters 🙂
