Anyone have experience with this SSD ? I have been thinking of buying heatsinked version but i don't know if it will fit under my sound card (AE-5). My m.2 slot is right behind PCIe slot. How much higher it is than PCIe slot ? My mb is asus 550m plus

dimensions 3.15" x 0.92" x 0.35" 80mm x 23.4mm x 9mm I guess you'll have to measure, not many of us soundcard users out there and I have a different card and motherboard on my soundblaster Zxr I removed the case/shroud and just have the bare pcb otherwise it was too close to my other cards be it the gpu or now a 10gb network card this also freed a bit of motherboard-soundcard clearance but it would still be very close and it would prevent any air cooling basically if you have a motherboard cover I would use that instead I tried a corsair MP600 with heatsink on a TRX40 board but the cooling wasn't as good as the stock large flat cover so I removed corsair cooler for me those heatsinks would work if you had a fan blowing straight on them but without that I think you're better off with the giant flat surface better air flow stock cover, it was the case for me
