The only card that ever died on me was a Palit (GTX 780 JetStream.)

Never had an issue with a Palit card having 5 generations of them (GTX 970 Jetstream, RTX 2060 Gaming, RTX 2070S GRP, RTX 3080 Gaming and currently Rtx 4080 gamerock omniblack) but i currently target their high end tier Gamerock editions although i had a jetstream and a few gaming editions and i had zero issues. I am a fan of the Brand as price to performance is Great and cooling is okay. This 4070 Dual OC would be e killer for a ITX build - the best performance you can fit in a small form factor.

But does it include new drivers on the drivers CD? 🙄

My last Palit card was GTX 570 (reference cooler) that blew its VRM couple of weeks after the warranty expired. I still avoid this brand by habit since then, but their condition might have improved.

I bought 2nd hand Palit 3080. I had a option to choose this one, which was not so old, or older Gigabyte Vision. Went with Palit. And it had a thermal sensor issue, causing fans to spin up to 100% all of sudden. Was not issue with the curve or anything. So I gave this one back and picked the Gigabyte one, which works till this day. The person than RMAed the Palit, and got a new one back tho. So the customer support works is seems. But still, it was not a old card and it had the issue. I would personally not buy a Palit card. It was not a miners card. I was at the person house. He was a professional HW reviewer and had insane HW there, he had absolutely no reason to lie about anything, had all the documents etc.

Palit/PNY has less issues than gigabyte does.

There is no evidence to support this, unless you're referring to the data posted by that one Swiss retailer that neglected to provide any sample size, thus making their statistics absolutely useless. That said, if you do have access to this kind of information, which is verified and comparable, then you should post it. Otherwise, all we have to go on is anecdotal evidence posted by others. There's a reason why hearsay is inadmissible in court.
