Wow, the lighting looks excellent, it looks very realistic to me - if games could look that good then that would scary realistic! Maybe it's easier to make interiors of buildings look real, as there's less complexity involved & a lot of flat surfaces. Very impressive though! The framerate was really high too, anything from 150-250fps it looked like, and with only a GPU usage of 75-95% - looks like one GPU being used, I would guess one of the high end Maxwell cards, maybe a GTX 980 or 980ti perhaps: actually, it is a 980ti, just bothered to read the detail under the YouTube vid just now! So, it doesn't seem to use a lot of GPU power then considering the high framerate - that's good news!

sure it does look awesome, but put some AI moving actors with scripting codes and other engine's troubling stuff and then release a demo...

Is this Mirror's Edge 2 ? ;D

Funny thing about perception. While the details indeed are well done, it's lot of small things that make the scene extremely unrealistic at the end, starting with the way too much global illumination, or the apparently ironed yet used bed linens, and so on. It's a nice scene for a project exhibition, but doesn't serve as "live" scene.

The only thing that bothered me was the floorstander speakers positioning.

Unfortunately Mirror's Edge Catalyst (2) doesn't look this good, at least not from what it's been shown.

It definitively looks nice but going by some of the comments on the Youtube site for that video it's actually from a Unreal Marketplace item so wouldn't releasing it for download like this cause issues with Epic and the original content creator (Evermotion) as it's commercial product that is being sold? (Well the Guru3D article only has the video so far - unlike the Youtube version which also contains a download URL. - so I guess that's allowed.) https://www.unrealengine.com/profile/Evermotion ( https://www.unrealengine.com/content/819f00d93fb949768b6ba3c59727f710 )

Hmmm , nice , so much fine details and then a total disregard for the small things... Like AN EXIT DOOR to the apartment !!! :bang:

Can't seem to force SLI with Nvidia Inspector. Awesome demo though, buttersmooth!

Isn't SLI a no go with UE4? At least AFR SLI? I read somewhere that UE4 relies on data from the previous frame to render the current and that make SLI a no-go. Take that with a grain of salt.. just something I read. Maybe someone else can confirm or "set the record straight"?
