Global Foundries will basically say its "American" and if the court case is held in America, it will win. Just like Apple lost all of its cases outside of America, it won them against Samsung in America. If TSMC wins a court case outside of America, GF will probably counter sue them in America. Basically, Patents are so broken, the only reason they are there is to hoard greed and wealth.
