Memory never get that hot.. probably you will be heating up your ram modules.. bit if you want a very loopy water loop its ok, it looks nice also..

Seems a bit OTT to me! I'm not aware of RAM cooling being an issue, unless you're putting silly volts through it, but then it would die soon anyway at those high voltage levels.

3200MHz C16-18-18-38 is NOT low latency. Those with time and money for this better go with 3200C14 and EK blocks etc. Also I find RAM blocks messy, but that's a personal preference.
