Finally !! It's here for us "regular" consumers ! Can't wait to put this on my AMD APU mITX machine !! I just hope that the AMD version is coming soon as I see it available only for Intel at retailers 🙁

Hilbert, will you being doing a review of this? It looks pretty interesting! 🙂

While I personally love the design and concept let's keep in mind that they only rate this thing for up to 70W of heat dissipation. Don't get me wrong! It's a great design but it's geared towards relatively low power chips. The i5-6600 has a TDP of 65W so I'm a little concerned about temperatures in that scenario. The A10-7860K does have a TDP of 65W so it may be able to cool that making it a decent choice for HTPC units. But it'll be limited to i3 series processors or 6XXX-T processors from Intel that have a lower TDP or mid-range A10 processors from AMD that have a 65W or less TDP. If I'm wrong then great! But we'll have to wait for a review to see how this actually performs. My guess is that it'll be better for slim-profile business units that use SKU T units from Intel (i5-6600T as an example) that have ~35W TDPs or AMD A6/A8 series APUs. If their claims that it will withstand dust and stay silent are true then it will definitely be prime for the business market.
