Nice 10bit WQHD IPS 32". Shame it's only HDR400, I would have liked at least 600. But it's nice to see Samsung use IPS instead of VA for a change.

It's 8bit, achieving 10bit through FRC. If you want 10bit, pass. As for WQHD, I'd be impressed if the monitor was 24'', not 32''.

If they could make one with a mini led back light to get the HDR spec up I would buy it.

Why would you care when 960Hz FRC is indistinguishable from actual 10 bit? Same difference.

not the same difference at all. on a HDR 400 panel it may seem like it's the same with better backlighting it's untenable above 350-400nits. dithering + FRC = artefacts (especially in darker areas). even on HDR 400 sets you can spot artefacts in dark scenes

I've had an FRC display and it fucked my eyesight good, don't recommend. Rocking an FRC free display now and very happy.

Eye strain, crying, tired, headache, etc. FRC is shit and people should not settle for less than a true 8 or 10 bit display.
