Everything looks nice within unreal 5.

As much as I've grown sick of Skyrim, may give it another go if it looked as decent as that.

Yet Bethesda keep clinging on to their useless and ancient Creation Engine (yes I know that UE5 was not around when Skyrim was released but UE in general did exist at that time).

Agreed. Kinda wish my car was made with Unreal Engine 5.

I had to look that up. UDK was around at that time, and through that, some people made excellent games, like Mirrors Edge...Batman series of games...

Cinematics always look great and far better than anything in-game, always have, always will. Look a the video they created for Starcraft II... So even if it was remastered, it wouldn't look like this as you actually played it.

Is it just me or is the video stuttery?

Stuttering is the one of the unreal engine features.

When I saw those Starfield in-game pictures some while ago where it's obvious that even this "new" Creation Engine 2 looks very similar to the old one, I couldn't believe my eyes. I mean I still hope it will actually look better in motion 1 year from now but still...

I'm fairly sure somebody had the idea to rebuilt this in UE5 and release it as a new Skyrim edition yet again.

The one thing I've always hated about Unreal Engine is stuttering when loading areas or objects. It's a common and well known problem in some UE4 games so hopefully that's no longer a thing in UE5
