Jim jumps ship all the time.Since his days with Alpha he just stays with company until design is complete then goes to another company to start over.He doesn't seems to be guy who is satisfied with just sitting and babysitting old design,he always seek another thrill and fix of adrenaline what comes with new challenges and success in developing something new that didn't exist before.

Props to Jim Keller 🙂 I'd expect big things from his tenure at tesla.
