There is a mod to fix its problems (such as resolution). Google it, I forgot the site. But yeah it was such a ridiculously piss-poor job to the point that it seems like they made it the worst port possible on purpose.

Thanks i did read about community-fixes for various issues with the game, but apparently there's no fix for the controls, so basically if you don't have any type of game-pad / controller and only your keyboard/mouse your stuffed properly. Oh-well at least i dint pay very much for it.
