my kids would be happy not remembering any password at all, they would give access to anyone as long as their mind would be not bothered with "boring stuff". when i changed all their passwords they came terrified "i cant connect to this, i cant connect to to that ". you just learned what password protected means !

Yeah... screaming "Security! Security!" on one side, and then doing the best they can to actually undermine it by sending sensitive information across half the globe. Do they even realise that even by today's standards, they are up against data protection doubts at least in the EU, let alone the US or some of the Asian countries? Or did the CCP actually tell them to do this, so they have an easier time?

The CCP? Why would you think the Chinese government told and American corporation to do this??... and not the American government or one of their minions (like NSA) who want to collect all this information on everyone, even non-Americans. "We want to help you to synchronize all your accounts to your phone, computer, Microsoft cloud, NSA data-center..." I mean why wouldn't they, with the amount of money MS gets paid every year to provide this user information to these government agencies. Yes the EU should tear them a new one over this and all the other things they have put in various software including Windows.

I was just exaggerating but yeah, sending direct information practically not encoded does not really speak of a modern standard.

I am not surprised the app looks and is crap to use, so it kinda follows that its of poor quality.

Microsoft has wanted to be like Apple and it's OS for a good few years now. It's no surprise.
