I saw people on Reddit saying this card was "ugly" and "looks like a shower head". I mean, it looks like a graphics card to me? Doesn't need to look pretty if its going to sit inside a windowless case for the rest of its life, wedged in between a desk. Can't please some people though.

Update: MSI has reached out to us, saying that this is "fake without any doubt". i agree... but it look as what i will put in my case in 2020 too 🙂 anyway if i would put one in my case it would be water cooled (and right now it couldn't be something exept NVidia QUADRO.)

Sapphires reference one with the backplate is sexy. Thats what I will be getting. The dual fan nitro is kinda ugly, but if you were to paint the shroud black, it would look good IMHO.

lol really? The moment I first saw I thought it looked cool and minimalisitc.. Less flashy that all this 1080GTX **** atm..

Agreed. Even if it looks like $hit, it's gonna be seated inside a case. What's more important is performance, not looks!

I'd agree with you but some people have cases with windows and they want a card with a bit of bling so it's apples an oranges, but I don't think it looks like a shower head lol

Here's what I'm getting. I'm getting A Sapphire Radeon NITRO RX 480 *GB for my NZXT Phantom 820 case and Asus Maximus VIII Her mobo w/Intel i5 6600K cpu.
I'd agree with you but some people have cases with windows and they want a card with a bit of bling so it's apples an oranges, but I don't think it looks like a shower head lol
