An opportunity to milk the desperate. Price will confirm that.

450w and yet people slammed AMD when they had a 300 watt GPU.
What is even the point of this if it's going to cost $2,000 minimum.
Denial
The point is that it's going to cost $2000 minimum lol

3090 Super Winter Is Coming Edition.
Thanks nVidia for making sure our house will be warm and cozy for winter!:D
Edit: the word "our" in my sentence means someone's...I would not give a penny for a VGA card that consumes this much power with a single GPU.

So, they're basically going to resurrect the Titan. Other than massaging your e-peen I don't really see any reason for this.

what i don't understand is why. The evga 3090 ftw3 ultra already mounts 21 gbps memory

Why not a 3060 Super?, as the gap between a 3060 and 3060 Ti is way too big.

I've built a PC with 3 GPUs and an overclocked 6-core Piledriver that drew this much power under full load (CPU and GPUs maxed).... People thought the FX series was crazy power hungry, but this is just absurd.

450w just for a GPU!? I´m sorry but this is just crazy.
AMD, Intel and Nvidia should sit down and determine limits for maximum power usage because things are getting out of control!...

I dont see what the rage is about, alot of the 3080's will draw 450w if you let it, 3090 even higher. You know you can just powerlimit the cards in software if it bothers you^^
That being said i did blow a fuse in my apartment while playing yesterday :P

Think Nvidia trying normalise 400w+ gpu's going into next generation 4090 probably be pushing 500w.

What a business and following Nvidia has built. Awesome for them. They could polish a turd, put a Nvidia sticker on it for $1000 and it would sell out.
RTX 3090 super not for me,smart move by Nvidia making these cards.
