Jesus, I hope that includes tax. It's $1680 CAD here, so over $1400 USD after tax... I'm going to go ahead and say that's pushing it too far.

It's done, after reading TPU's review of the MERC310, I went ahead and pulled the trigger though, for the love of God, I dunno why. I won't get my hands on it till February, and will have to impose on my bud to pick it up for me. It's an online order from a local brick and mortar shop. All in, it'd cost me 1357USD, more than 250USD premium over prices in US. I dunno if they do delivery, but have also included my friend's address just in case. Awesome to have a bud like him, he's been receiving all the goodies I'd ordered, I got a crapload of stuff to pick up from him when I get back!

Welp, I thought this was the XTX thread... it's over $1400 USD here after tax (they price everything +$50 or more vs conversion rate) for the XTX not XT... what country are you in that it's so bloated there?

Tiny island in Asia, where the cost of cars is the highest in the world. I think you can figure it out from there... Edit - Oopsy, just realized that you're right, this is the XT, not XTX thread. Hope Hilbert doesn't mind, or move this to the correct thread. Man, that's the thing about squinting at a 16" laptop screen when I'm so used to posting from my 49" monitor back home.
