Played beta, pre-ordered game. Game runs so good even with nV technologies inside... Gameplay is so good and fun. Classes made it good. We had 14 classes in beta. I hope for more unique operators. What I did not like was Twitch design. In beta it was only sniper in game, but it can alter weapon to famas and some other smg. People often took her for being female (ugly I must say) and took smg instead of sniper. Putting team into big disadvantage on 2 out of 3 maps. I did unlock 12 out of 14 operators, so I always could pick something what I considered as most helpful. But people just went for female character. Btw. I.Q. looks damn good. Anyone who considers/has game already : - it is multiclass game and each class can be picked only once per match (Unlocking classes is priority) - it is tactical game (you being 1st at doors and kicking before team mates can even do recon is way to fail your team!) - not using speciality of your class gives advantage to enemy In 80% of games where we had FUZE with wall penetrating mine, they did not even use it. But those people will go away soon after offical launch, as they'll get their arses kicked so much, that they'll give up.

Yep, despite having severe issues with the online match making, I had far more fun in the Siege beta then I am having in the Battlefront one. Game runs really well and is a ton of fun.

What you say surprises me. It's good that they took additional time to polish this game. I hope it won't be such a failure as some recent Ubisoft games, and a hardcore class-based shooter Brink.

This is not Run & Gun game. It is tactical and those who will try CoD approach will be turned into mincemeat by traps. If you liked Rave Shield, then you will like this one. If you are looking for Counter-strike with classes, you'll be better off looking for classical CS1.6 Warcraft3/Frozen Throne mod.

Big fan of Ravenshield (and SWAT 3/4) and I would have to categorically disagree with you, R6 Siege is nothing at all like Ravenshield. It may be 'fun' (that's subjective) but for those who are looking for a realistic tactical shooter, look elsewhere. This game checks realism at the door in favor of 'Michael Bay' type action. Thankfully, with Steam's refund policy it will be easy enough for those who find out the hard way to return it without much fuss. And just to be clear, I'm not saying it isn't fun (I didn't like it but I won't speak for others), I am specifically saying that it is not a realistic tactical shooter, as long as that doesn't bother you, it may well be your 'cup of tea'.

Having operator shot, which would result in simulation of shock, gun moving around preventing accurate shots for few seconds before operator ending on his ass. To crawl around and recover if severity of shot was low. Then having reduced speed, aim speed, blurry vision from pain. I would play such game, but I do not think it would be financially successful game. Maybe one day with full body VR kits people will look for such kind of realism. Well, they could have give us at least reduced movement speed, aim accuracy once damaged. And once downed, operator collects itself enough to hold his wound, I would expect ability to hold handgun too. But with market showing high demand for CoD games, I am happy to have R6: Siege way it is.
