ChromeOS is Linux based and the browser is built into the UI for ChromeOS. Android is also Linux based. So, yes, there is an ARM compatible version of Chrome. It was just never intended to run on Windows and can not be ported to Windows without missing features. Google will have to develop another variant of the Chrome browser for Windows on ARM.

It's not a bad start. Most software is going to be running in emulated x86 mode, which is going to be extremely slow (but compatible). It would be interesting to see what happens if developers start developing and compiling for Windows-ARM for native speed. I guarantee Intel isn't looking at these charts and breathing a sigh of relief. I guarantee they are using every shady/illegal tactic in the book to make sure that these ARM-based books are priced high and don't replace X86 - it is a direct assault on one of their few remaining markets.
