* Powercolor (in the title, lol)

The Red Dragon cards look very nice. I love the completely clean shroud. Seeing the fan blades though makes me wonder, has anyone tried static pressure optimised fans on a GPU? Would they work better? Also, I see most cards have a dual BIOS option. Does the performance oriented BIOS bypass AMD's power and thermal limits? I did see that the reference design uses significantly less power than the Strix card, but is it because reference cards have a lower power limit, or because they hit the thermal limit before reaching critical power levels?
